Concert Memo 2023
Concert Vignettes The show is divided up into three performances times to feature the age 2-4 year olds performing at 2-3pm. The ballet age 5+ performing from 3-3:45pm. The Acro, Contemporary, and Hip Hop students performing from 4-5:30pm. One ticket gets you into all 3 vignettes.
Age 2-4 Students: Please arrive in costume. Bring shoes to change into. Make up for Girls: eye shadow, blush, lipstick, and glitter. Girls Ballet & Tap Hair up in a bun. Acro hair pulled away from face.
Tap Students: Please grab shoes at your last tap class and bring shoes with you to the show. When the show is done, leave the tap shoes you borrow at the box office.
Level 1 & 2: You will sit with your family in the audience. Level 1 & 2 Ballet, please sit in your designated row when the show starts. A parent helper is needed to sit in each row.
Level 3-5: You have designated dressing rooms back stage.
Make Up: please wear blush, pink lip stick, purple eye shadow, mascara, glitter, and face gems if you wish. Butterflies my paint their face with butterfly wings. You can leave this face paint on for your acro performance.
CHANGING AREA: The double doors on the left hand side of the auditorium open to a hallway we can use to do costume changes.
Don’t be RUDE!!! Please try and stay for the entire the Vignette without getting up and leaving. If you do have to leave or get up, please don’t stand up during the choreography and block other parents from seeing their child perform.
Avoid drinks and snacks that stain costumes!!!!!! Bring snacks that won’t ruin any costume.
ARRIVE in Costumes & Make Up: Please come with your hair, make up and costume ready to go when you arrive at the Auditorium. Write your name on the inside of your dance shoes. Ms. Lisa always has a collection of shoes at the end of each show.
Tickets $15 each: All tickets are on sale now through Ms. Lisa - cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Applepay. All tickets are $15 regardless of age. Performers are Free. Children 4 & under are Free. Pay electronically for your tickets in advance and Ms. Lisa will give them to you at rehearsal.
